SSRS authentication fails after password change
Posted: Tuesday, September 29, 2009 6:19 PM (GST)

I have ran in to an issue when after users change their active directory password,

they can no longer run reports hosted on SSRS.

Our ERP software uses SSRS to run reports and after the pasword change, they recieve errors saying report or report location doens't exist/denied.  If I reset thier password BACK to their pervious password, all is fine.

Authentication is INTEGRATED (users don't need to enter username\password)

We have two SSRS servers,  I am not sure if this happens on both, but I'm in the process of testing it.
