I got HDD failure.Restore the HDD,found 1 table(not reportserver,mgr) with error. After resolved the error. I still get this error:

When I login to Report server to admin pages, it says :

"Unable to communicate with report server. Please verify that the report server is operational"

I tried localhost,IP,DNS name but didnt work.

The RsWebApplication.config looks fine. HOW to solve this?

Dont guess if you don't know. If anyone come across this reallife, please enlighten me.

No this has not happened to me but I would use SQL Server Reporting Services Configuration Manager to verify all of the settings and restore the encryption keys. This will verify that the service is running. The logs should also lead to a solution.
